How to Purchase a Goldendoodle or Bernedoodle Puppy From Us

At Doodling All Day, we strive to make bringing home your new puppy an exciting, simple, and stress-free experience. We are committed to raising healthy, well-socialized Goldendoodle and Bernedoodle puppies and carefully matching them with loving families throughout North Carolina and across the United States.
Below you’ll find our puppy purchase process, puppy pick information, pricing, and answers to some of our most commonly asked questions.
â
Our Puppy Purchase Process
Step 1 — Read Our Contract & Health Guarantee
Before reserving a puppy, we ask that all families carefully review our puppy contract and health guarantee. We believe in transparency and want every family to fully understand our program, health testing practices, and commitment to our puppies.
Our goal is to raise healthy, confident Goldendoodle and Bernedoodle puppies that are set up for success from the very beginning.
â
Step 2 — Complete the Puppy Application
Once you’ve reviewed our contract and health guarantee, the next step is filling out our puppy application.
This application helps us learn more about your family, lifestyle, and what you are looking for in a puppy so we can help guide you toward the best fit. We take great pride in matching our puppies with the right homes and helping families choose a puppy whose temperament fits their lifestyle.
â
Step 3 — Submit Your Deposit
After your application is approved, a deposit is required to join our waiting list or reserve an available puppy.
Deposits may be submitted through Good Dog Payments or Venmo.
â
Please do not submit a deposit until your Puppy Application has been approved.
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. If you do not find the right puppy in your selected litter, your deposit may be transferred to a future litter. Our goal is to make sure you are completely happy with your puppy and feel confident in your decision.

How Puppy Picks Work
We do puppy picks at 7 weeks of age — and yes, we know that can feel like waiting forever! But we do this for a very important reason.
At younger ages, puppies are still developing and their personalities have not fully started to emerge. A puppy you are initially drawn to based on looks alone may grow into a personality that is not the best fit for your family or lifestyle.
At 7 weeks old, puppies receive:
â Their first set of immunizations
â A complete veterinary exam
â Temperament testing
Temperament testing gives us a much better understanding of each puppy’s personality, confidence level, energy, and overall traits. Before families make their selections, we provide as much information as possible to help guide them toward the right fit — including personality observations, temperament results, and any findings from our veterinarian.
This process helps families make an informed decision and greatly increases the chances of a successful long-term match.
Puppy picks are completed in order of waitlist deposit.
Families are welcome to visit our home on puppy pick day to meet available puppies in person, or we can arrange a FaceTime appointment for virtual puppy picks if that works better for your family.
Trust us — the wait is worth it in the end.

Puppy Shipping & Delivery Options
While we do not personally deliver puppies, we are more than happy to help arrange safe transportation options for your new puppy.
â
We can meet you or your flight nanny at:
→ Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT)
→ Asheville Regional Airport (AVL)
We also work with a trusted flight nanny and several reliable ground transporters who transport puppies throughout the Continental United States.
Ground delivery is typically around $25/hour. For example, if you live approximately 5 hours from Valdese, NC, estimated delivery would be around $250.
If you have questions about transportation, feel free to reach out. We have safely placed puppies all across the United States and are happy to help make the process as smooth as possible.

Are Our Puppies Registered?
Because Goldendoodles and Bernedoodles are designer breeds, they cannot be registered with the AKC.
Our Goldendoodles are registerable through GANA (Goldendoodle Association of North America).
Our Bernedoodles are not registered.
